Mini MBA Digital Transformation Management is a multi-modular specialist educational program through which modern concepts and methodologies used in the process of digitization and digital transformation of business are clarified. From a clear definition of what digital transformation and disruption are and which business segments are affected, through the way the company is organized and the methodologies used in daily business, this program prepares every forward-looking manager to deftly deal with changes.

As part of the Mini MBA – Digital Transformation Management program, participants will go through the basics of agile work methods and scrum organizations, as well as the framework for managing business according to six sigma and lean methodologies. Top trainers will explain the benefits of digitalization of certain business processes as well as the importance of digitalization in the field of marketing and employee management.

The use of digital tools and software greatly facilitates and speeds up business, but it also brings some uncertainty in the cyber environment. Therefore, one module is also dedicated to data protection in cyberspace.

Through the program, answers will be given to all the questions that decision-makers, that is, management, face in the digital era.

We rely on Zoom, the world’s leading platform for video communications, for digital business related to online training and virtual meetings. If you are unable to attend a particular module on the specified dates of the program, a recording of the entire online educational program, as well as each module held within a particular generation, is available to make up for what was missed.

The program consists of 11 modules, of which the first module is a preparatory module in the form of a video, and 10 modules take place in real time, and content related to digital transformation and digitization is presented through the exchange of experiences and interaction with lecturers.
