From a clear definition of what digital transformation and disruption are and which business segments are affected, through the way the company is organized and the methodologies used in daily business, this program prepares every forward-looking manager to deftly deal with changes.
As part of the Mini MBA – Digital Transformation Management program, participants will go through the basics of agile work methods and scrum organizations, as well as the framework for managing business according to six sigma and lean methodologies. Top trainers will explain the benefits of digitalization of certain business processes as well as the importance of digitalization in the field of marketing and employee management.
