This certification is recognized as a universal standard of excellence, representing the recognition of experience, knowledge, and skills in project management. By attending our ONLINE program, participants acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the certification exam and obtain the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. The program aims to assist project managers in adopting new knowledge and practices in project leadership, in accordance with globally recognized project management methodologies (PMBoK).
This ONLINE program is structured into 9 shorter modules, with each module covering specific knowledge and skills essential for successful project management. By attending this program, participants earn a sufficient number of Professional Development Units (PDUs) to qualify for the PMP certification exam.
Regarding the online education and virtual meetings, we rely on Zoom, the leading global platform for video communication.

We offer the option of a one-year membership in PMI and the right to take one PMP exam at an additional cost, in order to simplify the approval process for our participants and allow them to do everything through MEC (Mirakul Education Center). Upon completion of the education, participants will receive a Certificate of successfully completing the program and accumulate a sufficient number of points to qualify for the certification exam.
In the case of several interested participants within the organization, we are able to offer an InHouse workshop adapted to examples from the client’s business. In addition to the training itself, we conduct preparatory and accompanying activities, and we adapt the training time and location to the client.
For applications of 3 or more participants from the same company, a 10% discount on the total price of the seminar is granted.

How is work experience on projects proven?
When applying for the PMP certificate, a list of projects that the person has led is filled out, including the number of hours and a contact person who can verify the work done. They do not check all applications, but about 10%. In case a person is selected for verification, the listed contacts are approached to confirm whether the person applying for the PMP actually led those projects.
What is the cost of the certification exam?
The cost of the PMP exam is $555 for non-PMI members, and $405 for PMI members.
Where and when is the certification exam held?
Once you are eligible, PMI will send you instructions via email for scheduling the exam with your eligibility code, which is needed for booking the exam date. You can schedule the exam date online or by phone.
The exam is administered through Pearson Vue.
Is the exam conducted at the Mirakul Education Center?
The Mirakul Education Center prepares you for the exam, but does not organize the exam itself. Through our program, you gain the 35 required hours of education in project management.
What is the deadline for applying for the PMP certification exam after completing the Project Management program?
There is no deadline; you can take the exam when you meet all the requirements and are prepared. However, it is recommended not to wait too long to take the exam, as it will be easier to pass while the knowledge from the PM academy is fresh. (This is also due to the PMBOK 7th edition, which will soon be the basis for the PMP exams (the PM academy is currently based on the PMBOK 6th edition as the exams are also based on the same edition).

For candidates with a high school diploma, the conditions for accessing the PMP certification exam are as follows:
- At least 7,500 hours of experience in project management
- At least 60 months of working on projects (considering non-overlapping projects) within eight years before applying for the exam
- 35 hours of education in project management (in the form of seminars that provide PDU – Professional Development Units).
For candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree, the conditions are as follows:
- At least 4,500 hours of experience in project management
- At least 36 months of working on projects (considering non-overlapping projects) within eight years before applying
- 35 hours of education in project management (in the form of seminars that provide PDU – Professional Development Units).

To apply for the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification exam, you need to follow these steps:
- Check the Requirements: Before applying for the exam, check if you have met all the prerequisites for PMP certification. These prerequisites include relevant education and work experience in project management.
- Register with PMI: Visit the Project Management Institute (PMI) website at www.pmi.org and create a user account if you are not already a registered member. If you are already a PMI member, log in to your account.
- Fill Out the Exam Application: After logging in, access the “myPMI” section of the website and look for the “Apply for PMP” option. Complete the exam application, providing all necessary information about your education, work experience, and other relevant details.
- Check Eligibility and Pay the Fee: PMI will review your application to determine if you have met all the conditions for PMP certification. After verification, you will be notified about your eligibility. If accepted, you will be directed to pay the exam fee.
- Schedule the Exam: After paying the exam fee, PMI will send you an email with instructions for scheduling the exam. This may include information on how to access the exam center and choose the date and time of the exam.

Which edition of the PMBOK are you working with in the program?
We work according to the sixth edition of the PMBOK, but at the same time, we combine principles of the agile approach from the seventh edition of the PMBOK. Additionally, our lecturer, a former member of the PMI Croatia executive board, continuously follows the latest information and trends in project management and prepares participants for the PMP certification exam.
