As we have been in the digital age for decades, it is our responsibility to keep the bloodstream of our company healthy and protected from external influences and unexpected situations. The entire process of automation starts from understanding our processes, controlling and monitoring processes, and digitizing and automating processes using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) methodology and technologies. The quality of the process can be greatly increased if we continuously analyze the process, i.e. ask the following questions:
- Do we understand the flow of our processes (process definition)? We will answer this question by introducing the mining process, analyzing the current situation and defining the desired outcomes of the process, so these are the topics we will cover at this academy.
- Are our business processes maximally optimized (process analysis and optimization)? At the Academy, we will learn how to find out if we have redundant steps in our process and if we can improve them, speed them up, or perhaps completely remove them from the process.
- Can we control our process (process control)? Participants will learn how to introduce a very simple set of controls over the inputs and outputs of our processes and over the steps in the processes themselves.
- Can we digitize our processes (process digitization)? Together, we will create digital solutions that will enable us to replace analog process steps with digital ones, such as digital archives, digital signatures, the introduction of digital communication tools, etc.
- Can we fully automate the processes? We will create step automations that will completely replace human intervention and automate processes from input to output.

- Programming in the Visual Basic (VBA) environment for Excel automation
- Programming in Power Automate flow and Desktop interfaces for Office 365 automation

A personal computer is required for effective program monitoring.
In the case of several interested participants within the organization, we are able to offer inHouse workshop adapted to examples from the client’s business. In addition to the training itself, we spend preparatory and accompanying activities, and we adapt the training time and location to the client.
Modules can be taken individually, and each module omitted can be compensated with the following generation. For applications 3 or more persons from the same company is approved 10% discount to the total cost of the program.
The recording of the entire online educational program is available on request, with special promotional discount of 30% on regular prices.
Upon completion of the Academy, participants will receive Certificate of successful completion program.
