At MEC MEC | Mirakul Education Center, we always strive to set new standards in professional development and education. Today we are excited to share the news about our latest and biggest project to date – a comprehensive educational programme for 5000 employees of the Croatian state and public administration in the field of digital literacy and preparation for a hybrid work model.
On February 15, 2024, the education of about 5000 public and civil servants was completed as one of the steps in their training and preparation for the hybrid work model. This education took place as part of the project SmartWorking financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. This programme was created in cooperation with Mirakul’s experts as well as Ministry of Justice and Administration which is the project holder. During almost two months in the online environment, the participants learned about digital tools that they will use in the hybrid work model, and part of the education also related to the safety of working on the Internet (Cyber Security).

- Huge Scale: The education of 5000 people represents a huge figure, which significantly exceeds the average scope of educational projects in the industry, where an average of 500-1000 people are educated annually.
- Quality and Commitment: Our approach to individualized and hands-on learning ensures that each participant gets maximum value and benefit from this program. Even in an online environment, with a significant number of participants, we managed to create dynamic and interactive education.
- Technical support: The e-learning platform of the Mirakul Education Center becomes a recognizable technical support for our participants, which allows them to access all the content of the education in one place even after the formal part of the activity has ended.
