As an Educational Programs Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Organizing and leading existing educational programs
- Preparing and conducting sales activities and analyzing sales results
- Maintaining, developing, and establishing new relationships with key clients and business partners
- Administrative tasks (creating and sending offers, keeping records of program participants, updating and upgrading the database)
- Participating in all company marketing activities (engaging on social media platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, preparing PR announcements, and other necessary promotional materials)
- Actively participating in the development of the company’s digital business
Requirements
We are looking for someone with relevant business experience and advanced digital skills, someone creative and responsible, with a desire for a quality business environment and long-term collaboration. Someone who understands the importance of business education and values excellence in business. Someone for whom every client is important, and they give their best to ensure client satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in economics)
- 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, sales, and/or marketing
- Advanced digital skills (MS Office, digital marketing, basic knowledge of graphic design software)
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
