After a brief theoretical section and an overview of the development of website visit tracking tools, participants will become familiar with all the capabilities of the Google Analytics tool and its reports. The Google Analytics workshop consists of a theoretical lecture, and through a quick overview of the development of analytical tools, participants will be introduced to the basic terminology of analytical tools.
Participants will learn how to create a Google Analytics account, how and where to place the tracking code on a website, which is necessary for Google Analytics to function. Additionally, participants will learn the basics of account management through examples, and how to create advanced reports from existing data.
Participants who already have an open account for their websites and are tracking statistics will have the opportunity to immediately apply the instructions from the workshop to their Google Analytics accounts.
