At our online MasterClass “Heather Murray on Tailored GPTs – Create Your Own Custom GPT,” we once again showed how artificial intelligence can be simple, clear, and—most importantly—highly practical when guided by the right expert. And Heather Murray is exactly that kind of expert.
Through a very hands-on presentation and live demonstrations, Heather showed what can be achieved when a Custom GPT is configured properly. Participants learned what a Custom GPT actually is, how it differs from classic prompting, and why tailored assistants are becoming essential tools for modern organisations. She also introduced the most relevant AI tools on the market—ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot—and discussed with participants how to choose the option that best fits a specific team or business process.
A particularly engaging part of the session was Heather’s breakdown of the “anatomy” of a Custom GPT, supported by convincing real-world examples. The highlight, however, was the live creation of a fully functioning assistant, allowing participants to follow every step—from the initial idea to a completed model ready for use. We also explored her original concept, the GPT Generator 3000, a tool that further simplifies and speeds up the entire creation process.
Participants described the MasterClass as inspiring, useful, and highly practical, and we believe many will begin developing their own Custom GPT solutions immediately after the session.
